You need my signature and also need my stamp / seal, and there is travel, time as well as my professional costs associated with being a Notary.

What happens if you can’t notarize my document?

There are many reasons why I may not be able to notarize your document. Know that you do not pay me for just showing up, you only pay my fee when I perform the service for you.

Here are some examples of what may affect my ability to notarize a document:

  • Do not sign your documents before I arrive, I will not notarize your document. I must witness your signature.
  • If your identification fails to ensure me of who you are, I cant notarize for you.
  • I am not allowed to offer legal advice, and the contents of your document and your reasons or motives are not my business, but, if there appears to be something wrong with your paperwork, I will not be notarizing your document. Again, you don’t pay me without my signature and seal on your document.

If you have any questions, call or contact me directly.
